Elitetele.com Acquires 21C Telecom to Spearhead Mobile Convergence
Elitetele.com plc has completed its second successful acquisition of the year of Derby based 21C Telecom. The deal will strengthen the unified communications provider’s mobile product mix and bring additional expertise in the convergence of mobile and next gen communications solutions. The acquisition adds approximately 1,000 customers, over £4million in revenue and 13 staff to the Elite Telecom Group. Richard Hunt, Managing Director of 21C Telecom, commented: “I’m delighted to be joining Elite, 21C has grown consistently every year and key to that success has been the high levels of service our customers enjoy. This deal widens our own product portfolio and gives us access to a larger client base to replicate our past success.”

XLN snaps up Shine Telecom
XLN Business Services, the London-based business services company, has acquired Shine Telecom of Manchester. "XLN will bring economies of scale to the operation and in addition we will be able to extend to Shine's customers a range of other products and services that will provide them with great value for money. In a tough economy we believe that is great news for Shine's customers," said Christian Nellemann, Founder and Group CEO of XLN. "I'm passionate about the business and what the team have built over the last few years. XLN will ensure the high levels of customer service and value enjoyed by Shine customers will continue," said Phil Harvey, the founder of Shine Telecom. Knight Corporate Finance acted for the shareholders of Shine.
