Knight Corporate Finance is owned and managed by Paul Billingham and Adam Zoldan.

Paul Billingham was formerly Commercial Director of Opal Telecom Limited, the B2B fixed line operation of the Carphone Warehouse Group plc, where his role encompassed M&A and Commercial Finance. With over 14 years experience in the TMT sector Paul has worked for a number of channel focused, high growth and market leading companies that have realised £millions in value to shareholders. During this time, Paul completed 15 company acquisitions and also took Non-Executive Directorships in smaller TMT businesses.

Adam Zoldan has 16 years experience in the telecoms and technology sector. He was formerly a shareholder and Managing Director of V Networks Limited which was acquired by Opal Telecom in September 2008. Prior to this he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance as lead advisor for telecommunication transactions. During this time he sold companies including Via.Networks, PSInet Europe, Tele2 and Cable Telecom and advised some of the UKs leading carriers including Thus, NTL, and Orange.
