Since Knight CF formed in December 2008 it has completed over 80 transactions, worked on an on-going basis with numerous retained clients and undertaken a number of strategic reviews and projects.

Knight founders Paul and Adam have both spent long periods of their careers in senior commercial and operational roles in the TMT sector including Martin Dawes Telecommunications, Opal Telecom (Talk Talk Business), Cellcom and V Networks, as well as corporate finance roles in Gartner and PWC.

Knight is now a team of 10 professionals operating from offices in Warrington and London, and our unique sector experience has been bolstered by key hires with private equity, banking, transactional services and accounting expertise. This blend of experience allows Knight to see opportunities from multiple perspectives and ultimately deliver the best possible solution to our clients.

Our ethos is to spend time understanding our clients’ businesses and what they want to achieve, and then set out options accordingly. We always ensure that we can deliver to clients’ expectations and have successfully completed over 80 transactions.
