In order to be able to evaluate your business Knight CF will meet with enterprise owners/managers to gain a full understanding of your business. We will seek to understand financial and non-financial aspects of the business, and discuss with enterprise owners/managers what they are looking to achieve. This will be at no cost or obligation to the enterprise. Following a meeting Knight CF will provide a business evaluation which will include a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) analysis and an indicative business valuation. We will also make summary recommendations where appropriate. This will all be provided at no cost or obligation to the client.

If the enterprise owner/manager then wanted to engage Knight CF for any of the services that we provide we will prepare a proposal outlining the services to be provided, the key deliverables, timescales and terms.
