Knight Corporate Finance, the specialist TMT corporate finance boutique, advised the shareholders of 360 Solutions on its sale to telecoms reseller Arrow Communications. Mitel reseller 360 Solutions was founded by Oliver Marsden and his brother Sam (who exited the business in 2015) and grew as a result of their focus on delivering UC solutions to the legal sector. Arrow intend to use 360’s Burton-on-Trent base as a platform for further growth and will be retaining the 360 team. Knight CF’s sale process is a disciplined structured process designed to target the most appropriate buyers and generate a high level of competition. It enables shareholders to specify the precise terms on which they are inviting offers. Following a competitive process, Arrow emerged as the most appropriate buyer through a combination of value to shareholders and cultural fit for the team post completion.
