Advised the shareholders of Diva Telecom on its sale to Babble Cloud

Technology and telecoms adviser Knight Corporate Finance advised the shareholders of Diva Telecom on its sale to Babble Cloud, the specialist communications technology provider backed by LDC. The strategic acquisition of the Leeds based business strengthens Babble’s northern presence.

Founded by Erica Lewis in 2006, Diva Telecom offers a full suite of telecoms services and has a strong niche in inbound international calling and Cityfibre connectivity services.

Knight have worked with Diva for several years on an informal basis (Diva is also a client of sister business Knight R&D), and so were well placed to understand the type of transaction and buyer that Erica was looking for the business.
